Vintage hardcover. Dust jacket cover has some wear along edges. Spine is lightly faded with some wear at both ends. Back cover is scuffed with red markings with some wear along edges. Red boards have some light wear/fading along edges. Very good book in fair jacket. 

Erica Jong is an American second-wave feminist, novelist, and poet, best know for her 1973 novel ‘Fear of Flying’.  Jong’s work often focuses on the “explicit expression of women’s sexuality and neglected or untold stories of contemporary and historical women” (Jewish Women’s Archive, 2021).

“Her poetry explores female sexuality and often focuses on the role of women in contemporary society; her poems reveal humor, understanding, and a thorough knowledge of her literary predecessors. Critic and poet Jay Parini compared her poetry to that of Sappho, Walt Whitman, and DH Lawrence.” (The Poetry Foundation).
